The video installation DSÍ-embodyment proposes to experience through its cinematic device, inaugural states of the fragmentary body in its pulsating perspective of life and death. Life as a germinal, fecund and desirous state in its incessant creative becoming. Death by its concrete finitude of being body, place of intense crossings and memories of its lived instants.

In DSÍ-embodyment the performative body debates in its constant struggle to become what it is, unraveling and collecting itself continuously in a dance-fighting-ritual, healing and immemorial. Here the empty-plenums, which insist that we revisit them, may be a place, even if of the order of the unspeakable, or space-time that seems to indicate to us that the abyss of the body provokes the germination of life. And that in its intense fragmentary multiplication it is capable of producing other bodies, including that of itself.

In its attempt to open the body and absorb relational objects, the body, in its continuous incarnation, seeks to recover a relationship that takes place in the pre-movement and pre-verbal, in the dream or reverie, where emotional exchanges take place in intense sensory flows of introjections, projections and reintrojections.

Fragmented stories or sensations of the lived that here lead us to the performativity of the autobiographical memory of the performer Carolyna Aguiar and the recovery of her moving affects.
